How do I book? 
✩ Find "book here" buttons or smiley faces on website and click, fill out form and we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I pick up my order? 
✩ We do not allow pick up of our wood backdrops except our small half circles, but pretty much everything else you can pick up/ drop off! Balloons you can pick up and then keep. 

What is your rain policy for outdoor rentals?
✩ We prefer our rentals do not get super wet (wicker cannot!). We do our best to keep an eye on the forecast and we can always set up in a different spot day of if you change your mind. 

How soon should I place my order?
✩ As soon as you know to make sure you secure a date in our calendar as we can fill up fast, especially in summer! We do our best to accommodate last minute inquiries. 

Where can you set up balloons and rentals?
✩ Anywhere (outdoor/indoor)! As long as the ground is grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up anywhere. Please check with your park/venue ahead of time to see if they need permits or proof of insurance. Please make sure rentals will fit in space provided. 

What if I know the date but not the venue? 
✩ No problem! As long as we have an idea of city we can confirm those other details once you book and as we get a little closer to your event. 

When do you set up and pick up?
✩ We customize this with you for the day of depending on both of our schedules!

Does the price include delivery and setup? 
✩ There is generally an install fee for balloons. If you are over 10 miles from Appleton, WI there is an additional delivery fee. Please inquire if you have questions.  

Is a deposit required? 
✩ Yes, to secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance is due a week before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but we can apply your deposit toward a different date if you need to cancel or reschedule as long as you give a 48 hour notice.

Can I order for delivery as a gift?
✩ Of course! Just let us know the details when inquiring. We also can do gift cards. 

How long do the balloons last?
✩ They can last weeks to months especially if stored indoors in a cool environment. A couple might deflate over time but overall they stay really well.
